Digital orders
Recharges are applied to your existing device within 30 minutes of payment clearing. Activation codes are emailed within approximately five minutes. Both are delivered to the email address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully — a mistyped address is the most common cause of a "missing" code.
If a delivery is going to take longer than stated, we email you with a revised time.
Hardware orders
Boxes and accessories are dispatched within 24 hours of payment on business days, by free express courier, from the warehouse nearest you. You receive tracking by email when the parcel leaves.
Every box ships with the correct power adapter for the destination country.
Duties, taxes and the price you see
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Duties and taxes are included and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Prices are displayed in your local currency. You can change the currency at any time using the selector in the footer of every page. iptvboxshop charges in a single currency at checkout and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Singapore. If your country is not listed, contact [email protected] before ordering.
Lost, delayed or undelivered parcels
If tracking stops moving for more than five business days, or the courier marks a parcel delivered that you have not received, contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier and, where the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or refund you in full.
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied at checkout is not a courier failure. We will re-send to a corrected address at cost.
