Terms of Sale

The agreement between you and us when you buy a box, a subscription term or a recharge.

Who you are buying from

iptvboxshop operates https://iptvboxshop.com and is the seller for every order placed on this site. You can reach us at [email protected].

We are an independent reseller. We are not any of the streaming services we supply, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All service names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

What you are buying

A hardware order is a physical device sold with a fixed term of service already activated on it. A recharge or subscription term is a digital credit applied to a device or account you already control.

The streaming service itself is delivered by the provider, inside the provider’s own app, under the provider’s own terms. We supply the device and the credit; we do not control the channel line-up, the catalogue, or the availability of any particular channel, and these can change without notice.

One-time payments

Every price on this site is a one-time payment for the term you choose. We do not store your card, there is no recurring billing, nothing is debited monthly or yearly, and there is no subscription to cancel. When your term ends, the service stops until you choose to recharge it.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. If we cannot supply an item — because it is out of stock, mispriced, or the provider has withdrawn it — we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or an attempt to resell in breach of a provider’s terms.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select and converted from our base currency at an indicative rate. The exact charged amount in your card’s currency is confirmed before you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

We correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Acceptable use

The services we supply are for private household viewing. Commercial or public redistribution — bars, restaurants, hotels, or onward resale of credit — breaches the provider’s terms and may have your account terminated by them without refund.

We supply official credit for licensed services. We do not supply, support or condone unauthorised streams.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for interruptions to the streaming service itself, which is operated by the provider and depends on your own internet connection.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including the consumer guarantees that apply where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Australia. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.

Consumer rights by country

We sell into 6 markets and the law differs in each. The rights below cannot be excluded by anything written above — where they give you more, they win.

Australia

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, and the restocking fee below is never applied to a faulty item.

New Zealand

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986

Goods sold to consumers in New Zealand carry guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description. Where goods fail to meet a guarantee you may be entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, this policy.

United Kingdom

Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Separately, because this is a distance sale, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods in which you may cancel for any reason; where that right applies it overrides the shorter window and the restocking fee set out below. Digital content supplied immediately is excluded from the cooling-off right once you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.

United States

FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and applicable state law

We ship within the time stated at checkout or, where no time is stated, within 30 days, and will offer you the choice of a revised date or a refund if we cannot. Some states grant additional rights, including implied warranties of merchantability. Where state law gives you more than this policy does, state law applies.

Canada

Provincial and territorial consumer protection legislation

Consumer protection is governed provincially. Most provinces imply conditions of acceptable quality and allow cancellation where goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised date. Quebec residents additionally benefit from the Consumer Protection Act, including rules on distance contracts. Where provincial law gives you more than this policy does, provincial law applies.

Singapore

Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law provisions

Goods must conform to the contract at the time of delivery. If they do not, you may require repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or reasonable, a reduction in price or a refund. These rights apply for up to six months from delivery, during which a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery.
